The locksmith that came to my house did the job that was required out of him, but just double the quote to I received over the phone to $120 to open a $10 home depot door knob. No explanation for the grade of difficulty or any other excuse, just because I needed to get in the room after seeing my travel bags. I won't use their services again, not I would recommend them.

So this is a REAL review. The worst locksmith I have ever used. They were late and took forever to do a simple rekey. I asked if there was a problem because it took so long, but he said no. He actually messed it up so bad when he put the lock back in, it no longer lined up to the switch plate and could not be locked at the door lock, so he locked the deadbolt and just left as if no one was going to notice! When I called, the very rude dispatcher told me a manager would call, but that never happened. I had tenants moving in so I called someone competent to repair their mess. Still haven't heard from the manager. Terrible service, terrible attitude and an hour late to top it off. Go elsewhere.
